A study was undertaken to analyze the Stress level of working Indian Expatriates in Muscat, Oman. The demographic features of high level stress group are highlighted. The relationship between Orientation given and stress of Expatriates is analyzed. Based on the study an Orientation Model for Expatriates has been developed. The conclusions of the study will help to reduce the expatriate's failure.
