In recent years, Pharmaceutical Industry has become the key player in the entire global health care system. Today, according to the Industry experts, the professionals joining the pharma industry are under equipped with practical knowledge and technical skills. there is a need to identify the future human resource needs of Indian pharma industry. The present study is a step in this direction. To understand the present needs of Human Resources. The study is based on both primary and secondary data. The primary data is collected from the employees of different pharma companies. A structured questionaire and personal interviews were used to get the information. A simple random sampling technique is used for soliciting information from respondents. Simple statistical tools such as percentages, rating scales pie diagrams, bar diagrams etc., are used for analyzing the data.
