An Economy is the backbone of the country. Every enterprise needs finance to carry on its business operations. So finance is regarded as the life-blood of the business. Finance is base for the every kind of business activity. Because of globalization every enterprise force to do their operations better than others then only they can able to survive in the globalize world. Successes of the every organization depend upon the proper management of finance. If there is no proper management at finance it will lead to sickness of finance. Financial status is determined through its financial statement. Financial statement shows the financial aspect of a business firm. So every organization came to known about their financial position only through its financial statement. In order to know the financial position, they have to make financial analysis. Financial analysis shows their financial position of the concern. Against this background the study was conducted about the “Financial performance of Oil, and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) Limited.
