Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a highly personal assessment that is greatly influenced by individual expectations. To be successful, organizations must look into the needs and wants of their customers. Customer satisfaction is the state of mind that customers have about a company when their expectations have been met or exceeded over the lifetime of the product or service. It is a measure of how products and services supplied by a company meet or surpass customer expectation. In a competitive market place where business competes for customers, customer satisfaction is seen as a key differentiator and increasingly has become a key element of business strategy. All the business activities should be carried out in ways which are directed towards the satisfaction of the consumer needs. The main aim of this article is to identify the level of satisfaction towards two-wheeler automobiles both in rural and urban areas of Warangal district.
