Today women can work independently and feel secure. Every woman has a goal to get a good job, sufficient bank balance for future and desire to prove them efficient, skilled and strong. They seek better job to assist parents and their brother and sister. Women are balancing between home and workplace and their elders also support because they have enhanced the status of women. This study will be used to highlight importance and effect of family support when the women are handling household chores along with 9 to 5 job. The sample taken for survey was of married women. The lack of help and support from family will lead to stress and pressure which will have an impact on their job performance and productivity
