The study aims to investigate social media’s impact on the food truck industry. It focuses on understanding customer satisfaction, the influence of social media on business growth, its cost-effectiveness for marketing, and customer perception of food trucks.
The study used a quantitative research method with a structured questionnaire. The data was analyzed using regression analysis.
It showed that social media can enhance food truck credibility and help businesses understand their target market.
It focuses on the intersection of social media and the food truck industry. While previous research may have explored social media’s impact on businesses in general, this study specially examines its influence on the unique context of food trucks.
