Abstract

In laboratory incubation studies with Laccadive phosphate earths and Mussoorie rock phosphate in different soils, it was observed that citrate solubility of the phosphate rock and the pH of the soil are the most important factors governing the availability, and the particle size of rock phosphate had little effect on solubility at low pH.
