The investigations on the recovery of atrazine (2-chloro-4-ethylamino-6-isopropyl amino-s-triazine) from two types of soils from Ohio State (U. S. A.) have revealed that the recovery decreased with the increase in the time of incubation. Maximum recovery was 90% and it was related to the clay and soil organic matter content.
