Abstract

A comparative study on aggregation in relation to physical constants and indices of erodibility in alluvial and sedentary soils of Bihar revealed that there was a higher potential of aggregation and more resistance to erosion in the latter as compared to the former. Aggregation in sedentary soils was more related to erosion indices of the soils, whereas in alluvial soils it was more related to their air-water relationship.
