Abstract

Waterlogging increased avail. P after 20 days of incubation and also significantly increased Fe-P, Al-P, while Ca-P decreased with the period of incubation. Changes in saloid-P were negligible as compared to the other fractions. A similar trend in available and other P fractions was observed under upland soil conditions. Different fractions were found in the order: Fe-P > Al-P > Ca-P > saloid-P at the end of incubation period.
