Abstract

Periodical observations on fluctuations of ground water-table and qualify of waters were made in Jayakwadi Command area during 1985 to 1990. Water-table rose considerably in the command area indicating possibility of waterlogging in the area. The ground water in command area was rated as low saline water. The sodicity on the basis of sodium adsorption ratio showed an increasing trend in command area.
