Abstract

In afield experiment, the dry matter and seed yield of sunflower increased linearly with increasing levels of P up to 90 kg P2O5 ha-1. Among the sources, boronated superphosphate produced significantly higher dry matter (34.45 q ha−1) and seed yield (1259 q ha−1) of sunflower. Plant and seed N, P and B increased due to each increment of P doses. Boronated superphosphate sho-wed highest concentration of N, P and B in dry matter and seed yield of sunflower over B + SSP.
