Abstract

In a field experiment, effect of soil pesticides containing N, P and S were evaluated for available nutrient for egg plant (Solanum melangena L.) at Mandsaur. N, P and S contents of pesticides had no effect but their toxicity increased available N, P and S content of soil. Thimet, Furadan and Temik recorded higher available N, P and S in each stage of sampling. Thimet was the best and Sevidol was the poorest. Brinjal yield increased with application of Thimet and Furadan.
