Abstract

Application of sludge (1%) caused very little change on the release of native Zn and Cu from soil to water and also on the transformation of these elements into different chemical forms. But addition of zinc and copper along with sludge increased the Zn content of water and DTPA Zn and Cu content of soil. Zinc and copper application also increased the contents of both the elements in soil in all the four fractions.
