Abstract

In a laboratory incubation experiment on a boron-deficient Aerie Haplaquept application of P and lime either alone or in combination increased the content of available B in soil. Similar synergistic relationship was obselVed on the content of available P in soil due to application of B and lime. None of the treatment combinations could record any favourable influence in maintaining higher proportion of applied B in available form in the soil.
