Risperidone is a commonly used antipsychotic for treatment of ADHD and other disruptive disorders in children. Children are subjected to its toxicity either due to accidental ingestion or due to wrong dose due to parental unawareness. We report a case of risperidone toxicity due to overdose in an eight year old child.
