Enthusiasts often take them without proper clearance from medical professionals and often feel the consequences later, in the end of the month. Relevant scientific studies warns the Harmful Effects on kidneys of even healthy youth, associated with consuming creatine supplement for creating muscular body building along with physical workouts by weight lifting in Gymnasiums. The doctors get baffled to see otherwise healthy, young males hospitalised for an avoidable emergency, by regulating creatine use only after medical expert’s supervision & monitoring.
