Transactions of non profit institutions controlled and financed by the government

This paper discusses the ways of analysing the accounts of the non-profit institutions which have gained importance in the national accounts scenario because they hold a lion's share in terms of grants-in-aid received from the government, they have Government Final Consumption Expenditure (Non-Market Output) and they receive transfer payments in terms of welfare donations.
