The paper attempts to generate estimates of Capital Formation at sectoral/aggregated level and sectoral/aggregated Incremental Capital Output Ratio for Bihar for the period 2004-5 to 2011–12 at current and constant prices. It details the procedures adopted for deriving these estimates and are basically based upon the guidelines provided by the Central Statistics Office (CSO).
