Impact of ICT-Based Resources and Services among Library Users in Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu

This paper examines the I.C.T. Based Resources and Services among Library Users at M S University, Tirunelveli. The factors affecting the use of I.C.T., Frequency of Using, Purpose of I.C.T. Resources and Tools, Usefulness, Purpose, and Services, were studied. The research methodology tool, the questionnaire method, was adopted to collect the data, followed by postgraduate students and research scholars. The data collected were analysed, and inferences were made based on standard statistical methods. It found that 72% of respondents frequently use the I.C.T. tools for searching the subject databases, and 76.88% of respondents access the I.C.T. tools very frequently for searching the e-documents.
