This study examines the web content analysis of libraries of two prominent Indian IIMs: IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Bangalore. Webpage of both libraries are highly regarded, as indicated by their NIRF rankings, reflecting substantial investments in resources and services. IIMB offers a broader range of services 80% via its library homepage compared to IIMA 57%, though IIMA exhibits greater depth in both print and digital collections. IIMA provides 86.7% of print resource types and 95% of digital content, reflecting a strong focus on academic relevance and accessibility, while IIMB balances current needs with historical content. In database offerings, IIMB emphasizes specialized, current resources 73.53%, whereas IIMA leans toward archival and economics-related databases. IIMA leads in Institutional Repository content 100%, Web 2.0 integration 100%, and quick link accessibility 78.57%. Both institutions offer complete research assistance services and comparable user support for non-members. IIMA distinguishes itself with specialized facilities like Cyber Labs and services for the visually challenged, while IIMB excels in staff information and web-based service variety 83.78%. Overall, while both libraries demonstrate comprehensive service delivery, IIMA focuses on depth and accessibility of academic resources, whereas IIMB emphasizes diversity and usability of online services.
