There is a significant pressure on corporate to save their business with iteration. Mature corporate have realised this pressure and Knowledge Management emerges as a solution. This paper enlightens how the Corporate Maturity (on CMM scale) is directly proportional to the Corporate Knowledge Management (CMM) practices and how it assists to climb up on the leader of maturity. The present study shed light on corporate maturity with detailed information on different levels of CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration).
