Factors influencing student enrollment, completion, and dropout in massive open online course: A literature review study

This study addresses numerous concerns and obstacles that massive open online courses (MOOCs) confront when providing open online courses to many learners. To carry out the study, an extensive evaluation of the literature was conducted. The study discussed factors influencing the enrolment, completion, and dropout of learners in Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs). MOOCs also provide an opportunity to develop knowledge and skill for learners by providing courses at the doorstep. The MOOCcourses haveeliminated alltimeand space constraintsprevalentin the traditional educational system. To make the dream of universal education a reality, it is necessary to examine the concerns that experts have identified in the current online learning environment.
