People also want to have access to various information in the accessible format of their choice, and all libraries have an ethical duty to provide required services to each user categories, irrespective of gender, age, race, political affiliation, or disability. Differently abled users neglected since the dawn of time can now receive adequate and user-friendly services just because of modern technology devices. In addition to improving the life of differently able users, modern devices maintain and speed up improvements in utilization of library resources.
