This article explores the Impact of modern technological devices in utilization of library resources by differently able users and studies the accessibility and usage of resources and services for differently able in various libraries of University of Delhi colleges. The information needs of differently able are identical to those of other users. People also want to have access to various information in the accessible format of their choice, and all libraries have an ethical duty to provide required services to each user categories, irrespective of gender, age, race, political affiliation, or disability. Differently abled users neglected since the dawn of time can now receive adequate and user-friendly services just because of modern technology devices. In addition to improving the life of differently able users, modern devices maintain and speed up improvements in utilization of library resources. Different types of new technology can help older people stay healthy and improve their lives, while also helping people with disabilities live more independently.
