In the digital environment, college library websites play a crucial role in communicating library resources, services, and facilities to library stakeholders. Ideal websites improve user awareness and support teaching, learning, and research activities. Therefore, evaluating the communicativeness of college library websites is essential. This study has analysed the library websites of Arts, Commerce, and Science colleges in Pune city affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University. By referring content analysis and checklist-based observation, data were collected and analysed through percentage and comparative methods. The findings reveal that although many colleges maintain library webpages, the level of communicativeness varies. Some colleges provide comprehensive information, while others offer limited content, especially regarding digital services and user support. The study suggests improving website content and regular updates to enhance communication and better serve stakeholders. It is also observed that there is no universal criteria to design the library website and no directions about the content that should be necessarily uploaded on the website.
