Use of mobile technology in open educational practices/resources (oep/oer) in higher education

The paper presenting uses of internet through mobile phones and smart phones increase rapidly day by day. Libraries have to make an effort to provide their services through mobile phones also. It will help libraries in the direction of building good relationship and providing better services to their existing remote users.
