The study analyzes 75342 gravity research contributions of global scientists indexed in the Web of Science from 2010-2019 for a period of 10 years. The aims of the study are to know the growth of the publications, coverage of subject areas, most prolific authors, co-authorship pattern and application of Bradford's law of scattering It was found that the growth of publication was in increasing trend during the period of study. The maximum numbers of articles are published in the year 2018 and the lowest number of articles published in the year 2010. 94.38% of publications are published in the form of articles and the rest of the publications are published in other forms of communications. The degree of collaboration is in growing order and it ranges from 0.84 to 0.90 during the period of study. Sharif Mis in the first place by publishing 233 articles in the field of gravity. 5814 articles are published in the journal i.e. Physical Review D and it has ranked in the first place. In the case of relative growth rate, the growth rate is reducing, and doubling time was increasing. The application of the Bradford law of scattering does not fit into the Bradford zones.
