Abstract

Keeping in mind the reforms needed to improve the current medical education system a questionnaire based study was carried out in Faculty of Dentistry, Jamia Millia Islamia. Most of medical teachers want changes in the ongoing medical education system by attending teachers training programmes, by using different methods of teaching e.g. multimedia, microteaching, and animation films along with conventional black board teaching. Students’ feedback, workshops and seminars are other tools for improving teaching skills.
