Abstract

(Ba1-x Srx) (Sm0.5 Nb0.5)O3 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.3) have been prepared as single phase materials by solid state reaction technique. All the compositions are found to have cubic perovskite structure. Dielectric properties and electrical properties of the synthesized samples as a function of frequency from 100Hz to 5MHz and temperature ranging from 300K to 700K have been studied. Dielectric constant and the electrical conductivities are thermally stable.
