Abstract

We have calculated soft mode frequency, dielectric constant and loss, acoustic attenuation, electric conductivity, smooth function, relaxation time and ratio of figures of merits (pyroelectric) of cerium doped triglycine sulphate (Ce-TGS) crystal. A theoretical approach about two sub lattice pseudospin lattice coupled mode model and Ising spin model of ferroelectrics to describe the time and temperature dependent Green's function to calculate the response to electric field. We use Green's function decoupling approximation to close higher order function. Energy propagation through crystal lattices is expressed in terms of correlation functions which are solved by Dyson's transformation theory.
