The polycrystalline samples of Lead Zirconate Titanate (PZT) ceramics substituted with rare earth element Gadolinium (Gd3+) with the chemical composition Pb1-x Gdx (Zr0.55 Ti0.45)1-x/4 O3; x = 0.00, 0.06 and 0.09 were prepared by high-temperature mixed oxide method. Structure of the materials has been analyzed using XRD-technique. Dielectric properties of the materials were investigated within a wide range of temperature at selected frequencies. AC-conductivity of the materials has been analyzed at different temperatures and selected frequencies.
