Women Will Initiative on Promoting Female Entrepreneurs in India

This article reports the deliberations of a panel discussion on how to promote female entrepreneurship organized by Women Will Initiative of Google Business Group at Gurugram on 24 March 2018. Panel comprised of Ms Seema Singh, Women Will Lead at Google Business Group, Ms Runa Maitra, Founder & Director, People Talent International, Dr Anubhooti, Founder and Director, The NeoFusion Creative Foundation, and Ms Geetika Goyal, Founder & Director, Magic Creations. They discussed the issues, challenges and opportunities for developing an ecosystem where female entrepreneurs can thrive with great enthusiasm. Participants at the panel discussion also contributed to the discourse in an emphatic manner. They shared their concerns and articulated how things are changing for the better.
