A Stafne cyst is an asymptomatic lesion commonly located below the mandibular canal in the posterior mandible. Although we can observe mild notching along the medial surface of the mandible, in our case, aggressive resorption involved both the medial and lateralsurfaces of the mandible, which led usto approach thelesion surgically, to confirmthediagnosis.
