Problems of Employees in Organized Retail Sector A Survey of Selected Cities of Punjab

Research has documented that the satisfaction of retail employees will lead to customer satisfaction. The present study has been conducted to ascertain the problems of the retail employees in the organized retail industry. Factor analysis using varimax rotation was employed to assess the same and the four problem areas of insecurity, non-motivation, boredom and time consuming nature of the job have been identified which are bothering the retail employees in the organized sector.
