The current study examines the work-life interface of dual working parents and to identify culturespecific variables related to Work-life balance in the unique Indian context. The grounded theory approach was adopted to conduct this study. The sample consisted of 21 dual working parents from various sectors such as education, aviation, IT etc. Semi-structured interviews were conducted to collect data. The analysis identified that the factors related to work-life issues are classified into categories i.e. determinants, consequences, intervening variables. Practitioners may design their policies and practices based on the findings to enhance overall performance of the organization and individual's work-life balance.
