This paper empirically investigates the relationship between Generation Z's organizational commitment and servant leadership. Utilizing a survey design approach, data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms through an email link. The study targeted 100 Generation Z employees (born between 1995 and 2005) working in a service organization in the Eastern Caribbean. Convenience sampling was employed due to the participants’ easy accessibility. Two adapted scales were used: one measuring participants’ perceptions of servant leadership, and the other assessing organizational commitment. Pearson's r correlation was used to determine the relationship between the variables. The study revealed a strong positive correlation between overall organizational commitment and servant leadership characteristics among Generation Z employees in the selected organization, r(100) = 0.766, p < .01. The findings contribute to the limited body of research on Generation Z and servant leadership.
