Organizational culture plays a pivotal role in shaping the experiences and behaviors of individuals within any institution, including educational settings. This study examines students’ perceptions of the organizational culture at various universities in Kerala. Organizational culture is measured by considering key elements such as values, beliefs, norms and ethics, communication, organizational structure, and customs. The study was conducted with 200 students from five universities in Kerala. A descriptive research design was adopted, and the sampling method was random. Mean and standard deviation analyses were performed to test the hypotheses. The results show that students’ opinions about the organizational culture in their universities are not very satisfactory. They do not view positively the communication systems, values, customs, and norms followed by the universities.
