Abstract

Laughter is the best antidote for stress and the stress is the important provoking factor for smoking. A quasi-experimental research design was used, in which non equivalent control group pre test post test design was adopted for the study. The study consists of 200 samples, out of which 100 in experimental group, 100 in control group. Non-probability purposive sampling was adopted. Male Smokers ages between 30 60 years were included. The Overall mean Psychological General Well-being score Well-Being of male smokers in experimental group.
