Knowledge regarding utilization of research findings in nursing practice among staff nurses in selected hospitals of puducherry

Utilization of research findings in nursing practice is a strategic ingredient in today‘s health care. A descriptive study was conducted to assess the knowledge on utilization of research findings in nursing practice by using simple random sampling technique among 100 nurses working in selected hospitals of Puducherry. The results revealed that 61% of staff nurses had moderate knowledge, 32% had adequate knowledge and 7% had poor knowledge.
