The aim of this cross-sectional descriptive study to investigate the attitude of 145 college students recruited through convenience sampling regarding pre-marital sex and factors associated with their attitude. The findings revealed that 29.8% students reported having pre-marital sexual relationship and suggests that there is need for immediate and dire attention to correct the sexual behavior of students.
