Anaemia is a condition in which the number of red blood cells or the amount of hemoglobin is low. Nurses are the backbone of the patient care. A study to assess the knowledge regarding prevention of anaemia among undergraduate nursing students. The objectives were to assess the existing knowledge of undergraduate nursing students regarding prevention of anaemia and to find out the association between the knowledge score of respondents with the selected demographic variables. Descriptive research design is adopted in this study. The research tool consisted of 6 demographic variables and 26 questions. The sample size was 100. The study revealed that undergraduate nursing students gains adequate knowledge as they get exposed to the field.
