An increasing demand for efficiency, productivity, and sustainability in modern agriculture has driven the adoption of automation and precision technologies in agricultural tractors. Electrohydraulic control system enhances the performance of tractors through application of electronics and instrumentation. It can control depth, slip, and draft from a single window. This review paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the current state of research on electro-hydraulic control systems in automated agricultural tractors. A systematic literature review was conducted across major academic databases, focusing on studies related to depth control, slip control, draft sensing, integrated control systems, and overall tractor performance optimization through hydraulic actuation. This kind of system was able to measure the depth of operation, wheel slip, and draft of mounted implements. Furthermore, tractor's hydraulic control system has achieved a high level of dependability via accurate and precise control of electrohydraulic system and intelligent application of a novel control algorithm.
