The present experiment on the effect of bio-fertilizers on growth and flowering of tuberose was carried out during 2016 with 8 treatment combinations replicated thrice in a Randomized Block Design. The different biofertilizers treatments had significant influence on the growth, flowering and vase life parameters of tuberose in the present study. Among the different biofertilizers treatments, the treatment T7 (RDF + Azotobacter @ 5.0 kg/ha + PSB @ 5.0 kg/ha) showed the best results in terms of all parameters like, maximum plant height, maximum number of leaves per plant, maximum leaf area, earliest spike emergence, minimum days taken to flowering, maximum number of spike per plant, maximum length of spike, highest number of florets per spike, maximum length of floret, maximum diameter of floret, longest flower duration, longest vase life of cut spike, maximum fresh weight of cut spike at harvest, maximum fresh weight of cut spike on 3rd day in vase; on 6th day in vase and at senescence, while the minimum performance were recorded with respect of all parameters under control (T8) condition.
