Abstract

The genetic divergence studies among eighteen Lilium genotypes was carried out for two years in a Randomized Block Design with three replications at the experimental farm of Department of Floriculture and Landscape Architecture, Dr. YSP, UHF, Nauni, Solan (HP) under shade net house (50%) conditions. Eighteen diverse genotypes were grouped into four clusters and finding revealed high inter cluster distances between cluster-III & cluster-IV indicating maximum diversification among these cluster genotypes. Cluster means helps in identifying and selecting the superior genotypes to be used for hybridization and improvement programme.
