Investigation on Optimum Size and Shape of Plots for Tuberose

The experiment conducted at IIHR, Bangalore revealed that a plot size of 0.960 m² corresponding to a plant stand of 16, arranged in a rectangular shape, is ideal for conducting field experiment in tuberose cultivar ‘Single’. It was also noticed that the competition between plants was negligible and the soil heterogeneity was found less.
