On the basis of overall scoring, HT orse varieties Jawahar nad Kasturi Rangan performed best under Tarai conditions of Pantnagar whereas the Charnbe-Di-Kali and Kasturi Rangan (HT) and Gene Boerner (froribunda) produced the maximum marketable flowers. The maximum vase life was observed in Jawahar, First Prize, Kasturi Rangan, Supriya (HT), Gene Boerner and Charisma (floribunda).
