An experiment was conducted to standardize in vitro clonal propagation in Anthurium andreanum Lind. Singapore Hybrid. Shoot tips derived form in vitro Anthurium plants were used as explants. Five levels of kinetin were tried on MS media for auxiliary shoot proliferation. Among the different levels of kinetin tried, maximum shootlet induction (91.7%), mean number of shoolets per explant (5.14) and highest mean shoot length (5.17 cm) were observed at 4 mg/l of kinetin. For in vitro rooting 6 levels of IBA were tried. The root development was better on 1/2 MS medium without IBA at 0.25 mg/1. The complete plantlets were obtained with a survival rate of 80% on the sterilized hardening medium, coffee cherry husk: FYM: Soil: Sand in 2:1:1:1 ratio.
