Abstract

Peripheral giant cell granuloma is a reactive lesion caused by local irritation or trauma and histologically characterized by presence of multinucleated giant cells. It usually present itself as an asymptomatic lesion which is often found on gingival or alveolar process and mostly located anterior to molar area.
