Giant cell granulomas (GCGs) of the oral cavity are lesions that arise either peripherally in periodontal ligament, mucoperiosteum, or centrally in the bone. The central giant cell granuloma (CGCG) of the jaws is a common benign lesion that is most frequent in the 2nd and 3rd decades and involves the mandible more than the maxilla, with a female predilection. Histopathologically, it consists of proliferative vascular connective tissue packed with giant cells. Here, we present two interesting cases of central giant cell granuloma in association with HIV and pregnancy.
