Abstract

This case report describes the treatment of a 16 year old female patient with class I bimaxillary dentoalveolar protrusion and increased incisal display. After extraction of premolars separate canine retraction followed by incisor intrusion and retraction was carried out in maxillary arch using T loop and three piece intrusion arch respectively. Significant amount of intrusion and retraction of anteriors corrected the incisor display and improved the soft tissue profile. While Class I molar relation was maintained, class I canine relation, ideal overjet and overbite were achieved.
